S&R Bed and Breakfast offers 5 well-appointed guestrooms to suit your taste with two options to choose from - Deluxe Room and Standard Room. The interiors are carefully chosen to give a homely feeling and to provide everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Calbayog City.
🌴DELUXE ROOM:
Our deluxe room has a large queen size bed perfect for couples and honeymooners looking for some relaxation and tranquility. Each of the rooms is equipped with standard amenities such as individually controlled air-conditioning, 32" LCD flat screen TV with cable, mini refrigerator and a generous closet space for ample storage.
The bathroom features an amazing bath system with a luxurious raincan shower, stylish one-piece elongated water closet, geometric design faucet and a deep soaking bathtub.
The room rate includes a freshly home cooked set meal breakfast served in the comfort of your own room. However, breakfast earlier than 6am, coffee and bread or cupcake will be provided.
Room Rate: Php 1,650.00 per night based on either single or double occupancy.
🌴STANDARD ROOM:
Our standard room measures approximately 20sqm with gloss floor tiles. It has two single beds perfect for travelers or friends traveling together. Each of the rooms is equipped with standard amenities such as individually controlled air-conditioning, 32" LCD flat screen TV with cable and a generous closet space for storage.
The bathroom features an amazing bath system with a rain shower, stylish two-piece water closet, a v-shape high-arch swiveling faucet & a walk-in shower cubicle.
The room rate includes a freshly home cooked set meal breakfast served in the comfort of your own room. However, breakfast earlier than 6:00 am, coffee and bread or cupcake will be provided.
Room Rate: Php 1,300.00 per night based on either single or double occupancy.
Each room has its own private veranda perfect spot for quiet relaxation and stargazing at night.

Rates are inclusive of the following AMENITIES:

S&R Bed and Breakfast Policy:
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM / Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon). Request for early check-in or late check-out and also special request will be considered on a case by case basis.
- In order to confirm a reservation, we do require payment of Php 500. Reservations are required at least 7 days before the date of stay, subject to availability. Cancellations of reservations may be made without penalty at least 3 days before the reserved date or the reservation fee is forfeited.
- Maximum occupancy: 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children (12 years old and below) to share a room with parents (no meal and no extra bed included). Additional guest 13 years old and above shall be subject to an extra person charge of Php150. Extra bed is Php 150 (only a foam mattress on the floor), and set meal breakfast is Php 100, all to be settled directly with the hotel upon check-in.
- Be advised to keep valuables in your personal rooms. Keep your doors lock closed when not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have a permanent guard in the hotel but he can't see all rooms at the same time. The hotel will not in any whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guests belongings or any other property.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room for security reasons.
- Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet, they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel.
- Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys and hotel key hangers shall be charged.
- Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these house Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.

No credit cards are accepted at the S&R. Payment is required in cash (Philippine Peso) or bank deposit (for advance reservation) only.
